Bjork

I purchased the latest Bjork album - Volta. It's interesting and sounds very interesting. I have no other way to describe it to those who don't listen to Bjork, or who aren't familiar with her work. I say "work" rather than music, since each album is unique and is based on a "character". It's "typical" Bjork, but also interesting because in one song she ends with various fog horns sounding together into chords and an odd melody. In another song, she uses the Chinese lute (or pipa).

I am ending my evening by listening to the album. It will definitely take several listens before I can really appreciate everything she does on this album.
