Upside Down Turkey!
LOL!! I baked the turkey upside down!! No problem right?? Well, we had to cook it an extra 20 minutes just in case... I actually don't think it's a big deal to cook it upside-down... does it make a difference other than aesthetics??? Oh well... I thought that was funny, I didn't even realize it was upside down until my gravy-helper (hubby's mom) came over and took a look. I don't mind her critique though... she makes excellent roasts (turkey, beef...) so I will definitely take notes from her!! :)

I've baked my turkey and chickens upside down before! Hehe....still tastes good though. :)
Yep, it turned out just perfectly! I think it tastes better when it's cooked upside down because all the juices run down to wear the breast meat is, and keeps it nice and moist!! Just turn it right-side up again 30 minutes before it's done to crisp the skin and it's all good!! :)
