For a change...

Change 1:
It's super busy at work, for a change. I'm always doing something, and there's little time to do it all! It's the September rush, of course. But for me especially, it seems extra busy because class info came to my desk late, and in a somewhat disorganized manner...

Change 2:
Went to the Surrey campus on Saturday for work. It's sooo nice there! I wouldn't mind working there, or going to school there. The classrooms are very well-lit, and everything is so brand-spanking new!

Ran into a slight problem though. On my way home, there was no power at two skytrain stations - the one in front, and the one behind my station - meaning no one was going anywhere. Oy, to be trapped in Surrey! Thank goodness some nice girls told me which bus to take to get to an operating station! I suppose I could've figured it out myself by following the crowd, but it was nice that someone was willing to help out.

Change 3:
Hmm, I'm trying to get used to budgeting - not eating out as much on the weekends, and not buying lunch all the time. That's hard for me, seeing that good food surrounds me at work - since I'm right downtown! And on weekends, I don't really like to cook! I just want to relax and have a relaxing night out! The last two weeks were good though - I hope I can keep it up! I have a few budget goals though, so that will probably keep me on a somewhat straight path...

Change 4:
Seasons and weather... Fall is coming, weather-wise. Temperatures are cooler, the sun sets earlier... I can't wait to pull out my Fall wardrobe (and to buy one or two additional items...) Fall is my favourite season when it comes to fashion. I love Fall fashion! I guess it's cause I like Fall colours, and the textures and layers of Fall clothes...


I guess there are other changes but that's all for the blog... Gee this post was boring... why did I post this?? Oh well.
