Late night chats

Last night I had late night chats with two of my buddies. We talked about politics, relationships... everything up until 5am! Time just flew by!

One thing we couldn't agree on was the idea of twenty-year olds dating teenagers, like a 16 year old. Even if the sex is consensual, is it right? (think Hilary Duff). A 16 year old (sometimes) may be physically developed like an adult, and may look like an adult, but their emotional maturity is still very young and their idea of a relationship is very different from a twenty year old. Although four years is not a huge difference for adults, it makes a huge difference for a teenager, and it makes a difference in their emotional and physical development. Anyway, just something to ponder on.
