There have been many a changes since I've returned from Korea and HK.
I am now an auntie to my 3 month old nephew, Jared! He is so cute, and looks very much like his mommy and daddy.
I am much more content and happy with the decisions that I have made in the past several months. And I am feeling more comfortable at reaching age 30... that huge milestone!
Today is my 1 year wedding anniversary, and I am still feeling like a newly-wed! Everything is warm and fuzzy with the support of my hubby. He's been great during the last several months during my times of crises, etc.
In the future, I see tons of change... I feel like I've grown up a lot in the last little while. I think that getting married really does change you... it's one of those milestones that changes the way you look at the world. The added responsibilities... being a partner and life-companion to your spouse... thinking of families and in-laws and your own responsibilities and relationships to immediate and extended families... etc.. I feel as though I am much happier in my own skin these days.
The future is looking better... I have a better idea of what I want in life, and I no longer mind the sacrifices as much.

Horizons
My trip to Asia was interesting, fun, and painful.
Shopping and bargains were a blast. Learning about Korea, and being in HK was eye-opening and fun. Everyone is friendly, even amidst all the hustle and bustle. The transit system was awesome, the cultural sites were fantastic, food was great etc.
Now that I am back, I feel even lazier, if that is possible!
When I have more time, I will put my thoughts about the trip all together, and update this blog in more detail. Until then, I leave you with a few photos from my trip in Korea!

- I developed a cough there, and came back with the cough due to the pollution there.
- My feet hurt because we were walking everywhere.
- And I couldn't get used to the idea of squat toilets, and only had to use one once.
