It's tough leaving the baby behind when I go to work.
At first Little B didn't like being left with someone else other than Mommy. But now, she seems to have gotten used to it. I know that she's not entirely too happy about it though.
To protest and to show her unhappiness, she does not drink her milk while with someone else. She seems to only want to drink her milk when Mommy or Daddy feeds her. So now that she can have other dairy products, we are giving her yogurt everyday, and mixing in her formula and milk with some of her foods (cereal, fruit, etc).
She has already gotten sick once from daycare, and we expect her to get sick again in the future. I hope that this means she will develop a strong immune system when she is older. It's not nice seeing your baby sick, especially when they have a fever.
Anyway, Little B has made some friends at daycare. She seems to enjoy playing with toy cars, and toys with buttons and noises. Last week, we saw her stack one block on top of another. She rarely does it, but at least she is learning that you can build up, as well as knock down!
We've had some crappy things happen to us recently, and this year. Bethany is completely oblivious to it, which helps put things in perspective. Little B is happiest when she is with her parents, her family. No matter what happens, I will do my best to be like Little B - Always happiest so long as my family is with me... But still, let's hope nothing else (that's bad) will happen this year - all good things please!!

Oops, I published my comment to the wrong article.--the first one was about the Canucks.
For this one, actually I feel the same way. But life is with ups and downs. I tried to be more positive and happier since baby needs a happy mom. I am not all optimism, at least when something bad happen, I told myself, " that nothing could be worse. " cheer up.
