The Skinny on Pregnancy

There is no skinny... Even after you give birth there is no Skinny... only wider hips and bum!!

I'm still disappointed that I haven't shrunken back to my normal weight. In fact, I'm wearing stretchy pants, and my pregnancy pants to go out... STILL, and I'm 8 weeks post-partum. Granted... I haven't been exercising much, and I'm still eating a lot since I'm breastfeeding (and need those extra calories...)

Ah well... I suppose I'm not built to be a super-mom!

This little baby, though... is worth the gained weight and lack of sleep... (most of the time!) :P

Take it easy. Usually it takes longer for breastfeeding mom to lose weight. My sis gained almost 20kg and only lost 10kg after baby born. She is small size and slim woman.
Feed the baby first. --iz
