Glacial ponds are drying up (disappearing) from the Arctic. This is a sign of times to come due to global warming.
Apparently if you're brain is damaged, smelling the pheremones of an alpha male can help stimulate the reparation and growth of these brain cells. How peculiarly odd. If I'm ever in a coma, put a whole bunch of alpha males in my room, and I'll heal up fast! I wonder if this only works for females, and would it be the reverse for men??
More threats and arrests in Britain! At least they are getting better at catching these guys, although some call it luck. I say, it's partly luck, aided by better surveillance and paranoia.
The kidnapped BBC reporter is freed today (yay!). I haven't been following the story from the beginning though... why was he kidnapped in the first place, and what was the purpose? Hopefully there was not too much psychological damage...
And last year's world's hot-dog eating champion might have arthritis in his jaws?? Eep!

Also desert regions are getting larger and droughts are lasting longer and even in the summer girls are starting to find me hotter. Well global warming isnt that bad yet... but soon I hope.
Speaking of Alpha Males I'll make sure that i'm around if your brain damaged. Nice way to guilt trip me though. I hope the reverse is true then Norm may be able to save........ ah nevermind.
As for Britian nice to see Tony Blair gone. Not that his successor is much better. As for terrorism there if they keep treating their muslims like the US treats their Mexicans no wonder they are so violent. Getting them better educated would go a long way to creating a peaceful society. People that have nothing, have nothing to lose.... including their lives.
I think the reporter was kidnapped at first to scare the public in thinking that Hamas was tough and then relased after a while to show that they are reasonable and compassionate. In a way both is true and false at the same time.
As for the hotdog eating contest it was nice to see it won by an American. Just where this championship belongs. On the Fattest Nation on Earth.
