Happy (anti) Lover's day

I'm surprised by how many people are bitter about being single on Valentine's Day. As an almost married person I passed February 14 with no special dinners, no flowers, no gifts, no cards... It was just another normal day to me. Like last year's post, I find Feb 14 to be too commercialized. Today I saw two men dressed in white with angel wings, selling red roses to anyone who wanted them. It was mostly single women who bought those roses as a way to make themselves feel better. Shouldn't Valentine's Day boost your morale rather than make it plummet into bitter sorrowness??

Think about this. They have people selling roses everywhere for men to buy for women but nothing for women to buy men. Isnt this supposed to be an equal opportunity holiday. datrash
