I forgot how much I liked The Cranberries until I started listening to the odd song here and there. My sister used to have their albums on cassette and I'd borrow them all the time. It's been a good number of years since I've listened to them, and just recently I decided to purchase their Stars (or best of) album on CD. I suppose that after my sis got rid of her cassette tapes, my interest in them faded (out of sight, out of mind).
And speaking of cassettes, the car that I purchased from my mom still has a cassette deck, yet I have no cassettes to listen to! So far, it's been good 'ol radio for me, although my mom left me her small collection of Chinese cassette tapes. I haven't had a chance to listen to the tapes, yet, though. There are actually just a few artists/songs that I like or know, especially when it comes to Chinese music. Most of the music I know, are the older artists (like the ones my mom listens to), or ones from movies (now mostly instrumental). Anyway, I'll have to start mixing some tapes again just so that I have something different to listen to, while I'm in the car.
Someday, eventually, I'll have to buy a CD player for my car. Perhaps I'll put it on my Christmas wish list, and someone will be nice enough to purchase one for me! (heehee) :-D
